We handle design, engineering, and premium materials built for coastal weather, giving you a beautiful outdoor space that fits your home and lasts through many hard Seacoast winters.

Built Around Your Outdoor-Living Vision

Spaces Made for Everyday Living

Our professional custom deck services in Hampton, NH, turn unused yards into a real backyard patio you’ll actually use. We plan for entertaining, relaxing, and gathering, then build with care so your finished space works beautifully for the whole family.

Coastal-Ready Craftsmanship

Salt air and freeze-thaw cycles wear decks down fast near the shore. We pair unique deck designs with poured footings, proper flashing, and premium composite that resists rot and warping. Your deck stays solid and looks great through every coastal season.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't say enough about these folks. I had 7 quotes and selected Trant's out of all of them as my neighbor had extensive work done by them and the finished quality was outstanding. They weren't the lowest or the highest. Right in the middle, but they were the ones I felt the most comfortable with. There were 3 in the crew and the same crew worked on the project from start to finish. They were all respectful, friendly, VERY easy to deal with, and in many cases went "above and beyond". The design and quality of their work and their attention to detail was absolutely impeccable. There were no "surprises" or incidental costs added on regardless of what issues they ran into during the project. The communication was great and timely. I would hire them back for any project in a New York minute. As a matter of fact, I am having them look at another project for my son as I write.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Allan Trant’s Exterior Finish Work built a beautiful new deck at the back of our home in Dover, NH, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

From beginning to end, communication was excellent. Allan’s crew was talented, professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional, with every measurement and finishing touch completed with great care and precision.

Once the deck was finished, they returned to remove all of the debris, added crushed rock underneath the deck, and even put down topsoil and seed around the surrounding areas to give everything a clean, finished look.

We absolutely love our new deck and have already recommended Allan Trant’s Exterior Finish Work to several friends. We will gladly continue to sing their praises to anyone looking to build or replace a deck. We highly recommend them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can’t say enough good things about working with Allan & his team. The whole process was easy, transparent and professional. Hired them to do some work that impacted the inside and outside of a second floor window. After we contacted them they made it easy to schedule a time to meet and get a quote, understand costs, answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and how they would repair the problem. We trusted them to do the job and they did not disappoint! The team that came to do the job was well mannered and cleaned up after themselves. I can’t say I’ve ever worked with a contractor that was this put together. We recommend them and will also be using them again for future projects.
